3。ownership sheet，需要填右半联
" p6 y0 A: I& r4 t6 n4。E TEST AND Safty Certification

其中的E TEST 是要重新做的还是在有效期内的就可以？

1 D. e( }5 g- o( u7 C) n6 iSafty Certification在哪里做，要多少银子？

Safty Certification在精工汽修就可以做，网站VIP会员30块钱。
