Net loss/gain in listings this week: 78 (-90, 139, 147)
1 H' I5 t* x7 {0 KActive single family home listings: 3208 (3078, 3145, 3068)

Well that’s a healthy dose of new listings! I’m sure a lot of them are listings that expired last week coming back on the market.
