The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.( X4 b( x% r+ R C7 K

6 T# d) C3 D4 y9 V0 Y# c% c7 BCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
' \+ H5 Q" u1 @Write and post advertising for various job vacancies& j6 [- ?& I& j: p" a5 w1 ]8 ^1 Q
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines0 n/ L- N9 O7 I. }' ^6 m
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;; s; U0 R" ~- P i+ Q' S
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
* a, G( j5 u& @. {' n, K6 }Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
6 {) C6 w0 v& ]2 Z- H* mConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.* v& m9 D% b, u
Conduct all work within established time standards;, C! i+ ? [( P7 y+ C' j

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
