0 d, I0 }& m. m( KWe have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.8 D$ C+ I: k" Q

Primary Responsibilities( ?# ^) m! M- @

  T- m2 B( P+ L' p; {: ^Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments' [# G. i$ h' a; ?% W: [
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
7 U  u$ a. g7 qAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
8 \) G) e! J- H) ~9 VManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;$ h) E; S% Q% {/ z7 ~$ ~) o
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
* s2 f$ U  m* F! nEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;! H: d% d2 W+ ], m
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.. g: s4 o. [" j2 B! y% ]" H- Z+ r( h
Conduct all work within established time standards;1 J; d& V, X: `% [) I7 [+ h
Essential Knowledge and Skills9 }) ?# J$ ?8 p. ?

Ability to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;. p2 ^, |5 u( H% n! R
Time management skills are critical;9 f& n' i& ^' e1 I5 }' l' h
Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;8 }6 n( I2 r/ W  A$ N0 W
Attention to detail and accuracy;
% Q9 X! a6 c( m6 d$ |* ]Strong organizational and computer skills;" b" h+ _2 p3 x
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;& t2 \) {2 N2 E0 ~( I% ~
Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;7 ]2 E2 M' j; ^: s5 u; |- p) L
Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;3 q+ ~5 a! g& m* z  j7 b
Ability to work with minimal supervision;" T0 Y# Y# M2 B* k% D4 ^# D( G6 y
Self-directed and highly motivated; and
+ Y+ p9 W" S8 }* C5 `Ability to communicate responsibly and promote effective working relationships.

Hourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;$ ?$ I1 a$ T" c6 n

Must have a vehicle, location is not easily accessible by bus;
