The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. ! x2 O3 ]! P# z, d( p+ WWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies
- L' _7 x' y. B! d0 V5 cAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines* }" Z) e* B# u; [8 V$ C" x
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
& l: u( p* o! i0 s! W/ z4 P3 m( z# iOversee file management for all LMIA matters; \3 X, v. h; \1 {8 W( s- C7 t3 ^# [
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
3 v o; | \4 M; U* _, HConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.! l5 m, o7 d; e& S. x
Conduct all work within established time standards;# {+ w$ D! N5 h" D0 ?) J

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
