Managing the relationship with our highest-value clients with professionalism

2. Quickly identify client needs, develop and market potential projects( R2 r5 W. c9 E3 ?
3. Actively contact with clients, kindly provide recommendations and suggestions, help clients find good way to solve problems
8 O2 ?0 a3 o; g. ]3 u- R; O; e4 H3 S4. Keep track of project activities, update project timeline.
2 y4 Z0 r; }. l& i& ~6 B: x2 K+ w5. Liaise with procurement team/suppliers in China to ensure projects meet the requirements of quality, reliability, schedule and cost.3 Q, o1 u9 M: C( P
6. Use MS Word, EXCEL, PPT to prepare reports, memos, and documents# j6 E3 H6 r* s4 i% O: Z5 z' ^& S
7. Provide secretarial and administrative supports to management and other staff

Qualifications
2 B6 v9 I6 E) d R4 G1. Caring, enthusiastic, and professional
' b% Q6 O8 @( V* Y% y$ l6 g2. University degree or college diploma
8 k, e7 ], D5 E' W' N/ e3. A minimum of 3 years working experience. Prior sales and marketing experience is an asset7 u9 h5 Y, d( r) \7 {* c K5 F3 a. O
4. Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines
3 w" K O$ n; G) ^. N5. Good at multi-tasking under pressure, with unfailing attention to details
+ P. y1 ^+ F7 k" Y6 |4 [- E8 s6. Excel in customer service, especially excellent email and phone manner( D& {% C, G2 Z. t; \* }, u
7. Knowledge of logistics, inventory control/ O+ k. _: R) \4 N
8. Proficient with MS office (WORD, EXCEL, PPT)
