I 'googled'... about 3.5 hours from the hotel to Keys. Follow U.S. 1 south (the Overseas Highway) to Key West 6 W' e3 F l$ B A0 d3 d- O P0 V9 S

4 hours from Miami Airport, not sure from Miami beach, beacause miami has many beaches.
