“如果家长持有有效工作签证，其子女享有接受教育而不需要支付国际学生费用的权利。当给学生注册时，学校需要复印家长的工作签证，同时学校要按照工作签证的有效期来执行此政策。我们同时还建议，在学生到达加拿大之前，申请加拿大的学生签证，这只是以防万一学生在以后的时间里决定继续在加拿大学习，比其家长在加拿大滞留的时间更长而预备的措施。”% A: I* o: H. j1 O) h, o

In answer to your question, yes, if the parent has a valid work permit the dependent child has the right of access to schooling without paying international student fees. At the time of their registration, the school will need to make a copy of the work permit and they will have to monitor the expiry date. We also suggest that the student applies for a study permit before they come to Canada just incase they decide to stay and study for a longer period of time than their parents.6 ?- Z4 X8 z/ y, ? p) a
