Investing is a highly regulated business. There is severe punishment for people who advise without license.
Also when the advise was good and at the right timing, it will be good because someone has made some money. But 90% of the time it is someone may lose money. That is why when someone needs advise, it is always recommended to talk to a licensed advisor.
