* Z& ?% Q' j3 q% U2 q- Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
: F/ p- n1 C0 b8 v/ Q5 u- Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
7 a5 ^* d( A: I1 g- Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
- v' A# X& Q9 X) v: O/ w- Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.

- Keep office clean and organized.

Requirements:1 D- U: q$ f; e9 P
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
N0 Z' s/ g, d- Strong verbal English.
$ d" A1 Y, i" u/ C9 {+ f8 H! s9 I- Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook., B: j2 c N4 V7 w
- Good organization, communication and time management skills.
; J0 K, e. b2 C9 c8 v- Must have a vehicle to drive to work.$ U+ ?2 Z0 j- E2 m
- Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
