CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time receptionist to join our team.
Description:
! @5 Q) j7 X  ~8 s$ G% a-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
2 j1 V- K5 B0 j0 U2 m5 t9 Q4 b  i-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
$ h# D! T; G- J/ a-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
0 B; ?/ Q1 m( n( O4 Z-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
-        Keep office clean and organized.  
6 c- |5 |/ P! Q7 T% ^7 S-        Provide friendly and professional services.
Requirements:
-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
: Y; W" s; J* E2 R-        Strong verbal English.
-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
& d( m. x( e( h( K-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
- a/ x2 R  o* Q/ G5 o% i8 J7 v( u-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
+ u* T5 k/ Q+ C% F) k; w$ y) G-        Strong & out-going personality
