CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time office administrator to join our team.
Description:
-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
! }# K/ l- X- M% m-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
7 C0 a) U# k7 W2 Z" f  o-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
+ t' }2 A( {5 L+ D1 z% Z-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
-        Keep office clean and organized.
: k3 t5 `& d  F* F% ~6 d3 s- G-        Provide friendly and professional services.
) E, X& L, [9 u: H% d7 Q" CRequirements:
4 m1 g. ~4 U' p, I! L6 T  O-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
; S2 G$ I0 B( h; I7 q  i/ f+ bStrong verbal English.
-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
