CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time office administrator to join our team.
Description:
+ v8 k( T$ u5 P4 t-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
5 H( Z% @/ z" E2 G2 X( u7 N-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
* V, P+ M9 D5 W7 H- [  c4 Y" f-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
2 ?% l# ^. N% {# `& j7 b, n6 k-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
' d6 v' {* k7 P3 h0 _& X0 S- r-        Keep office clean and organized.
-        Provide friendly and professional services.
Requirements:
-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
) U# J- y) j  w5 U" E, `  ZStrong verbal English.
-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
3 y% R' \! x6 e: h7 l* I5 {& _-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
. H7 q* n! H8 D* x) [, I-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
