CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time receptionist to join our team.

-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
. s: N1 @' h# ^! N+ T2 _-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
) w/ q# E! {9 r2 @5 }% ~. A' O-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
. B. w$ C# [8 E( h! v& u-        Keep office clean and organized.
) y4 T4 D! I- H. h! T-        Provide friendly and professional services.

Requirements:
-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
4 Q+ @; O+ k% c# v3 i9 O7 g$ s
Strong verbal English.
-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
1 i7 N5 m3 E" k* |4 k4 `" O: n8 l-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
