CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time receptionist to join our team.

-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
5 U4 h; R3 y/ ?5 J-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
9 B6 v6 u/ ~8 o0 }1 w) J-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
; C# Y  y% J; s. A. M/ v-        Keep office clean and organized.
-        Provide friendly and professional services.

-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
" g8 _- @8 X. J
# B1 u9 z. z% ~( E  sStrong verbal English.
2 }) h& ]/ {3 E-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
9 q8 n% H6 p# H9 E0 X  T: m-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
! |5 k. C4 z0 e& R3 z& o  E% |-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
