CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time receptionist to join our team.

Description:
( G7 d7 M+ _* z! a) o( E$ P-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
1 x! M3 ?5 N! s  q) t) B( R  n-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
+ s$ e8 ~( ?( ?2 m; J* H8 J-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
-        Keep office clean and organized.
-        Provide friendly and professional services.

Requirements:
-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Strong verbal English.
0 }, G1 ?+ Q9 r+ f. z5 ?0 \3 e2 K9 O-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
; M! S% m) F! z5 o4 K1 i+ K-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
- a+ r5 u) R. O  A! n- E6 G5 @-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
