补充一下，房子离北面大统华近，买菜方便。10路车到达belvedere和colisium' Lrt 车站，182 到 northgate transit center. 房子是07年22万买的，现在房价远未达到07年最高点，赔钱卖了。投资出租的话，有正现金流，也是很好选择。
