CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time office clerk to join our team.
Description:
-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
* s* b& o2 j& f7 r-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
% c9 @, q: G* x3 `0 Q4 O3 j! |3 r-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
/ g0 U. i" {6 y-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
4 G5 n9 z1 R- P' V( B-        Keep office clean and organized.
-        Provide friendly and professional services.
Requirements:
& `/ X% ?2 s8 ~% ^3 @8 d# z; X-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
) [& \6 m: t+ u8 M* D% }+ C7 t-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
7 {7 n$ j8 q+ A$ A6 K- m8 p-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
: Q# B( V& s7 D7 C-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
