8 V. P0 i6 K. }reasonable price, good area(future plan: town center, school, LRT), close to highway.
low maintenance. that's why Allard was picked. Gradonhill might be better? i dont know.
9 h/ z& z4 C/ q5 w" z- Enew townhouse to whole family instead of separate rooms.
