讲座内容将包括： 爱城的冬天如何保持身心健康，雪天如何装备爱车，如何运用公共交通体系，如何穿着，如何让孩子安全快乐得过冬，爱城的冬天有些什么活动等。

* M1 C- R( a+ mSouth Side Settlement Program is hosting a workshop on “Winter in Canada” for newcomers to Canada. Highlights of the event are:  free winter giveaways and an opportunity for low income families to register for Christmas Bureau.

The workshop will include the following topics:

$ g0 a1 j% n8 O$ h& K& S7 V2 z+ G●        How to stay healthy, physically and mentally, in the wintertime
