Edmonton home builders say they are working non-stop to meet a demand they haven’t seen since the boom of 2005.9 _5 Q D& X) ]' ~4 _9 \ \

Builders started construction on 468 new single detached homes last month, a 34 per cent increase from August 2013." m' Z) ]& b5 \# ?) u0 }

“If you look at the number of people who are moving into Edmonton, it’s record high levels so that’s contributing to that expanding demand,” she said.
