- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers6 K1 m2 J: ~* X4 @: C# H
- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
% z2 o+ _: [. d k" }" Z, g- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
: U' [( j2 R5 S' ^9 `! z# B# V- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members6 `' h$ U0 v( ?9 `6 q3 w) J: o
- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives
g5 [! j3 _2 E6 Y* t1 S- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis, M7 f5 q5 r8 o( q5 ~! N

Qualifications:' o: Q4 `1 |$ p/ B/ p- x

" ~& {& [2 z; N/ C0 h* c) k6 |6 }- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
