/ y) P, h9 H2 u- w% {- f, \Duties & Responsibilities:

- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
9 j6 Y* c( s( u$ C5 y$ F- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
1 |& q- H- F5 \+ }- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
+ r7 O1 N3 Y% ~8 v3 z6 ?4 Q$ P- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives
/ \2 h7 W9 C6 c& |) F- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

- E- I# `6 g+ F5 k; NQualifications:

2 l, T) r2 ?8 d- s  o; N2 \- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
- Ability to use computers
- Y7 O% z$ K, M  x* R$ H* J- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
