/ E% x& _! r; V( f) ~0 D8 h0 M. CDuties & Responsibilities:

- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
  \/ R) V# I- N- b- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
- H" U' C8 D$ m  O! c" h/ g/ @+ a- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
: {* l( Q0 a# s  R- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives
; ]5 B7 o& f& F# i: G! d: {- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

! M+ A0 b" l# m6 i' J' B
+ W1 O* }, s9 Y; R# h: }" U! p- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
, w/ I4 ^8 x6 [9 Z0 w, s% Z- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
3 X/ R; j3 C+ O+ p4 Z; O4 ?+ k8 z& \* [* @- Ability to use computers
, @5 F) o2 S! g- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
