A6 `8 y8 E. d& [6 h9 ~- k, f' M8 p- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
: n* a. [4 u3 v/ z4 v9 R6 I- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
$ D( L: u3 i6 k H' T" A e3 |- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
; d' M1 l4 @+ a- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
* H9 J: T& u7 k- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives" `7 b3 O: ], p1 Z+ _
- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis9 d! }) m0 K# i1 J8 D8 ~$ x

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
