我是2012年买的房子， call 311 时得知是前任房主2009年申报的permit。

" @; p- E6 G  N6 @8 W4 o8 t$ U9 dheating and ventilation 已经做好， 只是差 final inspection而已， city的进度真够慢的。

但是这里办事都是按规矩做， 没人诚心要为难你。
