I have been looking into Windermere.
5 S8 [2 Q$ x2 B* i: {My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.# z1 `; E3 H- v0 L: o: f+ r4 p
3 @! K' x5 }+ O5 VAs you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.* r, M% N; a& D9 c
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.) J; P, G7 V# ~2 M6 S# q! l
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.0 w: j9 i' [* [+ }, K: e( H

- e: x4 k1 }2 t3 IThat area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.$ f7 s0 B! h) H5 q; e
Don't understand why people with detached garages like to park on the street.

I am looking at single family home and finally picked The One. |
