I have been looking into Windermere.
0 W9 w. n; w' G! ?& g! IMy personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.1 ^: U+ g$ B3 f5 O' t! Z! S
! e; i" l. Y7 m7 t7 q: HAs you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.2 _ _/ X) S9 z) Y- B% C
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.
- k1 V, X8 ~1 vThe City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.

That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.7 s) J# H- A" W. n* F. c/ Q
Don't understand why people with detached garages like to park on the street.
