如题。听说Ambleside South 附近有消防局和通讯塔。这会对小区有影响吗? 这个区的学区是哪个学校? 小区只有一个出口，会是个问题吗?

I have been looking into Windermere.
) ^1 d+ D0 e/ _' fMy personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

' e! `. I7 I# D0 t4 E7 r6 O& uAs you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.
1 W, t7 w7 G2 u3 m. X) k3 j. e. U! gJust Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.
' _/ c( G6 v" w' ~" K. fThe City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.

What type of housing you are looking for?
) |8 B# \# K- M7 p- ?That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.
Don't understand why people with detached garages like to park on the street.

靠着pond的那些都不错，但估计卖光了已经，或能选的不多了

之前也看AS pond最邊邊那一塊 不過後來電訊塔建起來後我考慮了很久 最後放棄了 同樣的價錢能買Glenrriding walk out了. 喜歡Conventry的Omega屋型.
