I have been looking into Windermere.

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.2 v, S; G+ H1 F' \& v$ h
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.
( H( ~5 W& H0 l' m4 UThe City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.

That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.
