builder没按图纸盖，咋办

按图纸上楼梯的墙都拆了做扶手，昨天从窗口看过去，墙还是墙，扶手一点没有。明天walk through，后天见律师叫首付了，交房日是月底，水电气保险都定完日子了。闹心死了。
大家帮忙出出主意。

你交钱upgrade了楼梯吗？因为很多房子楼梯就是drywall来自: iPhone客户端

没按图纸的问题，钱应该按图绘收取的吧？
楼主，这个问题你应该早就可以发现的，不然就是你的final walkthrough 日期定的过于紧凑。
/ _6 U& y6 N3 @( P- V. G没有final walkthrough，就定水电器保险的日子，这排期那叫一个紧张呀。

一共就两次walk through，第一次就说了railing有问题， 然后就是最后一次walk through，发现完全没看图纸健，上面明明标着railing的部分，也能建成墙

8 @  F4 f' W9 V3 K' L3 g7 O! b7 rI would tell the site superintendent to arrange another walk through once the problem is fixed but not drag it along until the final walk through.

! Z: s7 J( M# f  B9 `If you have everything documented, show it to the lawyer and ask for hold back.
