The process is very simple, schedule an appointment with a lawyer, ask for the fee and the amount to the builder, get 2 certified checks or money orders. Go to the appointment, sign the paperwork, give the lawyer money and take the key! 3 d+ T# S7 n% D8 IIt took us only 30 mins when we bought our brand new (already been built) house from a builder. * R S9 J1 m; Z7 aAnd you only do this when the house is ready for possession.
