We are looking for a Manager of First Impressions for the position of Reception/Listing Co-ordinator for a busy Real Estate Office. Fluent in English and Mandarin.

• Excels at organizational and reception skills
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft outlook, work & excel
• Experience with Windows 8

• Answering and screening phone calls, paging
+ `+ h. `8 I5 |- m# e6 D( v+ G' ]1 S• Document management and distribution for agents, including couriers
• Inputting Listings

/ q+ [, T, D; l  p9 F• Maintain office Inventory and equipment
• Input monthly fees and expenses for Agents
