We are looking for a Manager of First Impressions for the position of Reception/Listing Co-ordinator for a busy Real Estate Office. Fluent in English and Mandarin.

• Excels at organizational and reception skills
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft outlook, work & excel
• Experience with Windows 8

• Knowledge of Lone Wolf Software an Asset

  l  h2 Q: Z6 s• Answering and screening phone calls, paging
• Document management and distribution for agents, including couriers

• Maintain office Inventory and equipment
3 b5 h; X4 F4 T• Input monthly fees and expenses for Agents

Wages and benefits starting at $16/hr depending on experience
