We are looking for a Manager of First Impressions for the position of Reception/Listing Co-ordinator for a busy Real Estate Office. Fluent in English and Mandarin.


• Able to multi-task with a high degree of accuracy, efficiency    and confidentiality

• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft outlook, work & excel
  O, |/ B/ b. J0 o5 s; K/ e• Experience with Windows 8

• Knowledge of Lone Wolf Software an Asset

Some of the Duties to manage:

- A6 Z% V" [7 R( P• Answering and screening phone calls, paging
• Document management and distribution for agents, including couriers
5 L- P2 n  D, L# b  L9 \4 Q• Inputting Listings
) `3 W  k, Q( J7 f# U& H  m
• Maintain office Inventory and equipment
2 O7 N& `+ R& \% I7 Y& I. H7 e* k• Input monthly fees and expenses for Agents  
• Filing
