We are looking for a Manager of First Impressions for the position of Reception/Listing Co-ordinator for a busy Real Estate Office. Fluent in English and Mandarin.


• Able to multi-task with a high degree of accuracy, efficiency    and confidentiality
• Excels at organizational and reception skills
• Able to work with minimal supervision

• Knowledge of Lone Wolf Software an Asset

Some of the Duties to manage:

• Answering and screening phone calls, paging
• Document management and distribution for agents, including couriers
• Inputting Listings
) @  ]  e* \( Q$ x, T0 u
• Maintain office Inventory and equipment
  q' D- d% G4 W; z• Input monthly fees and expenses for Agents  
• Filing
