留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
+ E; @' p6 Z+ S7 P请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？
) v% e$ a6 n, b2，有Health care card可以cover哪些费用？
3，留学生配偶怀孕期间和生完孩子后，能得到哪些相应的福利？

3. 牛奶金Canada child tax benefit(跟收入有关)和每个月100的universal child care benefit应该有吧，如果你符合：
Can I get the Canada child tax benefit?

you must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
- H: o: w# r4 Q: F% m- ^  vyou must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
you must be a resident of Canada; and
) E8 R" D4 ?, l: c% V7 Wyou or your spouse or common-law partner must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a protected person, or a temporary resident who has lived in Canada for the previous 18 months, and who has a valid permit in the 19th month.
