留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
8 l! ?1 A9 U9 B2 p# Y. a1 U: d2 \" D请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？
2，有Health care card可以cover哪些费用？
) Z9 c/ L& {- L9 E6 y( X3，留学生配偶怀孕期间和生完孩子后，能得到哪些相应的福利？

2. 全cover，住院如果要单人或双人间，要加钱，一晚上才40刀。
* m  r! b1 c" U( J" S& w3. 牛奶金Canada child tax benefit(跟收入有关)和每个月100的universal child care benefit应该有吧，如果你符合：
1 y; D* [' U' |2 R3 Q1 o2 A, TCan I get the Canada child tax benefit?
6 N% l# w9 i7 f& i% bTo be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:

you must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
+ B/ `# D" u: j# Uyou must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
# O8 h. g& X  C; X# ?9 _( Y8 Fyou must be a resident of Canada; and
you or your spouse or common-law partner must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a protected person, or a temporary resident who has lived in Canada for the previous 18 months, and who has a valid permit in the 19th month.
