留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？
2，有Health care card可以cover哪些费用？

2. 全cover，住院如果要单人或双人间，要加钱，一晚上才40刀。
& U+ D5 k6 p, k2 Z+ w+ y3. 牛奶金Canada child tax benefit(跟收入有关)和每个月100的universal child care benefit应该有吧，如果你符合：
Can I get the Canada child tax benefit?
To be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:

you must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
$ ~. j5 ?4 N. ?0 Z1 J/ t8 P$ dyou must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
you must be a resident of Canada; and
& h; L3 j* g: h) \you or your spouse or common-law partner must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a protected person, or a temporary resident who has lived in Canada for the previous 18 months, and who has a valid permit in the 19th month.
