留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？
* C4 Y; K3 N+ X" ]2，有Health care card可以cover哪些费用？
3，留学生配偶怀孕期间和生完孩子后，能得到哪些相应的福利？

2. 全cover，住院如果要单人或双人间，要加钱，一晚上才40刀。
8 d9 _( m! h- d; w3. 牛奶金Canada child tax benefit(跟收入有关)和每个月100的universal child care benefit应该有吧，如果你符合：
+ W5 B1 Q$ z- \7 M3 {. d# P* {  z- r3 z5 ^Can I get the Canada child tax benefit?

you must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
