JOB DESCRIPTION% V+ r( `+ A) E* o5 w
1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries;
6 a; v  G! v8 H$ F2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;
, e" A' ^1 E3 r* R8 `! U3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;+ q6 F# J2 A  i: N
4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases; 6 p* a( T2 m: {7 T& E
5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;3 ~& w9 Q  T# q  w8 b" F( B
6.        Provide general information to clients and the public; : [* t* n; `& T2 ]0 T8 r9 y0 x
7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.& a7 s/ `1 X, ~) ~

0 x- Q. N1 i" sQualifications:
" I% n+ H5 D( V+ V4 R* B4 Y•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.% Q- }' s: ]) n/ i1 g$ d! }
•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.$ u7 f7 ^  i- ?/ |+ A2 }( b8 m7 D
•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
0 e* N0 c+ C; `0 |9 y•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.
