JOB DESCRIPTION
; g' {" g' _7 x( ~6 `  D1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries; 3 q: k, {4 E0 R% M5 H' |* T
2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;
5 T$ V. O; @" B* e5 W) ~3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;
: _& ?" q8 |) P: N1 s  J  k4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases;
! h4 ]9 Y: o6 p) R. Z5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;, n& p* Z" d$ G9 V9 h
6.        Provide general information to clients and the public;
3 X1 M+ O( k+ W7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
( i: o0 t8 C. C0 j3 ^$ V/ H•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.$ A" I0 I3 A/ G
•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.
3 H  Y; N' C! Q0 o" V•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.6 V0 X( y) I; V: e+ y
•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.
