My thread was posted almost a year ago, though the agent called me like 20 times, I talked back every time and everything is good.
The problem is: Your collection record is already in Equifax now. Your credit score is going to be below average. This is a horrible story to be taken advantaged off by the original leaseholder. Sorry, there will be a lot of loss in terms of time and frustration to get this done.
