最近经常看到2% realty 的广告, 请问是指 realtor 只受2%的commision 吗 ？  有什么好处和坏处？如果卖房子找他们会和别的realtor 有什么区别吗？

Yes.  They only charge at a flat rate of 2%.  Supposed to be cheaper for the sellers.

Thanks Smart! So it is the exact the same as a regular realtor? So they do showing and everything? What's the downside? Such as since they only charge 2% commission, will this draw back many buyer's realtor from coming to your selling property bc the shared commission is very little...?

我的理解是服务相同，收费少一半左右。当然是双方中介的总费用。至于他们之间如何分配，是他们自己的事。

买方经济当然愿意带土豪买家去看他可能多赚中介费的房子，同样价格的房子他会带买家去看收入高的房子，所以买家最好不要找经济帮，免得被卖了。
8 N7 l/ c+ R8 d. B卖家最好自己挂comfree 和realtor网站,不要标价太高，还是很容易卖出去的。
对于交易成功的案例，中介们的服务也就最多值2000块吧
当然不差钱的就不用这么算计了
