Required immediately:
Accounting Technician.  Experience and posted secondary education required.

Duties include:

•        compute charges
9 n) z: L- s0 k. m/ g7 F•        knowledge of Simply Accounting software is required
•        prepare invoices and reports
- }9 X; z  y. A% z# `$ C•        take telephone calls
•        make up cheques
•        make bank deposits and reconcile records of bank transactions
6 g" h* C& F$ U/ \( |- ~0 [•        perform computer data entry and analysis functions
/ w" C' T  F( u) ^% r•        assist with or maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records, ledgers and journals
•        assist with or perform payroll calculations
•        analyze and record business transactions and period end adjustments
; k5 l9 U- {# `•        prepare basic financial statements
5 a! C0 B6 }4 z3 {8 T% Q+ L! _0 i•        compute and record depreciation for book and tax purposes
