求好心人告诉我怎么找家庭医生，急

我刚来2个多月，还不知道怎么找医生。求好心人指点。最近眼睛经常涨痛，看东西时而模糊时而好，好像是得了青光眼。

你可以打电话问问是否可以walk in. 一般来说第一次是需要家庭医生帮你约的。你若没有家庭医生，找一个Medicenter 里的任何一个医生帮你约都行。最好找平时不怎么忙的Medicenter, 不用等多久的。

# u* l- C7 j/ x# q8 M2 _9 G眼睛的事你要特别留意。比方在确诊前不要轻易决定做热敷或者冷敷。这两种理疗效果是相反的。你目前要多注意休息，少看电脑。千万别熬夜。另外如果你家里人有青光眼的话，会是一个参照，但不说明你也是青光眼。可是要抓紧时间去看。你用手摸摸，感觉眼眶周围很硬的话，说明眼压有点高。另外眼睛里红吗？       

调整好心情，别着急，多喝开水，多吃蔬菜水果。别吃辣和海鲜。
