·         Receiving PC equipment from company sites
·         Shipping PC equipment to company sites
9 X  ^0 v1 \. n4 z  ~: }·         Manage quarantined hard drives received from company sites
: a+ g! W6 w2 {# a7 W8 P·         Image all hard drives for In Place Upgrade
' B$ ^3 t1 p% D! G+ ^6 M9 Q·         Image all PC's for Client Refresh
·         Oversee inventory for on-going support service delivery
·         Install software from media, not available through Citrix or packaged installation
