The picture is not clear. I can only speculate:
+ I( o$ Q2 N; ^0 G0 o1. It is the medium home price of Calgary from 1999 - Aug. 2006;
+ I5 b* u5 n8 w- ]8 E& I2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;
' x" }; Z' q: x. _2 ?3. Blue color: price change each month.

still support the further price increases.
2. The price does not increase every month. The drop of July 2006 does not mean
' l' C) r: S! `+ Y8 B' G0 s& Vthe price will decrease further. The price came back on August.
. W& x3 t  p0 L3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
