The picture is not clear. I can only speculate:
1. It is the medium home price of Calgary from 1999 - Aug. 2006;
( N' t) B% Z3 p* s! `& `2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;
0 D7 i! a, I* U$ H5 A+ H; s3. Blue color: price change each month.

1. The trend of price increase is clear and strong. Both fundamental and technical
+ i3 J, m$ Z( V2 f8 T2 Jstill support the further price increases.
) J, N- C# N! }- s; E1 H' c2. The price does not increase every month. The drop of July 2006 does not mean
the price will decrease further. The price came back on August.
8 ]$ d5 ]7 {, z" L- l/ Y9 r& g3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
