2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;
3 x: v5 j* l4 I% ~3. Blue color: price change each month.

Comments:

9 g, S& j' _1 Q9 {1. The trend of price increase is clear and strong. Both fundamental and technical
( m  C+ t$ l  ?  e9 E8 V; Q% Gstill support the further price increases.
! k5 }1 a3 }0 ?  U/ }3 |* {8 H2. The price does not increase every month. The drop of July 2006 does not mean
the price will decrease further. The price came back on August.
1 i& f2 t, l% A7 ]) ?$ `3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
