The picture is not clear. I can only speculate:
1. It is the medium home price of Calgary from 1999 - Aug. 2006;
2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;
3 ]3 G/ _; ]+ l& _: p* K% H# D3. Blue color: price change each month.

still support the further price increases.
