1. It is the medium home price of Calgary from 1999 - Aug. 2006;
# a" a) w2 ~; X* O3 _7 _2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;
3. Blue color: price change each month.

still support the further price increases.

1 W2 l) P- i! p/ N  Ithe price will decrease further. The price came back on August.
1 J& q% X5 W: g4 i7 D9 H3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
