GDL可以独立开车，但是不能教别人开车，不能半夜开车，不能喝酒，乘客不能超过安全带的数量......

Not permitted to have more passengers than seat belts.
They will be suspended at 8 demerit points than fully licensed drivers at 15.

If learning to drive a motorcycle, you must be 16 years of age and are not permitted to drive during nighttime hours. ( i/ Z+ A; X( X6 O" VI think what you posted here is the condition for Learner's License not for Class 5 driver.
( y2 }# W4 b! w' K- _: }- ~( Y6 N: OClass 5 drivers do not need to be accompanied by a fully licensed driver. ^_______________^

老杨，肯定地说GDL是可以开夜车的，我的最新手册也是这么写的，为此我还特意电话问过，绝对没问题。

老杨搞错了，gdl是5号牌，不是class 7 ，gdl是可以开夜车的。

如果你们都说这是最新规定，那就以你们的为准。我好久没看过驾驶手册了。
