4 [+ S9 [. U+ t& U% k•        Use professional sales approach to understand customer's needs and offer the complete solution to all their technology needs.
•        Stay current on competitor’s products and pricing.
•        Meet/ exceed company standards on all key performance areas.
7 X( `( e& N& L! _. }! u•        Answer phones and respond to customer inquires with appropriate information.

•        Retail customer service experience.
•        Knowledge of computers, windows OS and Microsoft office is an asset.
•        Excellent communication skills in English

•        Strong ability to implement multitask
