Position Overview
•        Use professional sales approach to understand customer's needs and offer the complete solution to all their technology needs.
•        Stay current on competitor’s products and pricing.
•        Meet/ exceed company standards on all key performance areas.
; _7 K& g, {' l; R4 O9 z7 [# A( f•        Answer phones and respond to customer inquires with appropriate information.

1 x5 m( `1 {  B  JJob Requirements
! z4 B. j) [* `& e•        Retail customer service experience.
4 S; a  G$ ~: I  H) ]. d4 q8 n2 ?•        Knowledge of computers, windows OS and Microsoft office is an asset.
•        Excellent communication skills in English
•        Experience in cash handling and transaction processing skills.
•        Strong ability to implement multitask
