下一步应该是先买保险，还是先做车检？最后上牌？

These are what I knew.
1) An Alberta driver's license is normally a must have to buy auto insurance in Alberta.
2) Auto insurance in Alberta and out of province vehicle inspection certificate are must have to obtain an Alberta vehicle plate.
# M+ _7 e  n# W" O3) A request form of out of province vehicle inspection, which can be obtained from a registry agent at about $9, has to be presented when the car is brought to an inspection agent.

1) Change the driver's license to Alberta. (you have done it)
2) Get the insurance in Alberta.
3) Inspect your car.
