我的汽车是从东部省份运过来的，上个星期刚刚把驾照换成是AB省的。

下一步应该是先买保险，还是先做车检？最后上牌？

These are what I knew.
) r3 f5 |" P+ b$ m  ?7 c1) An Alberta driver's license is normally a must have to buy auto insurance in Alberta.
2) Auto insurance in Alberta and out of province vehicle inspection certificate are must have to obtain an Alberta vehicle plate.
3) A request form of out of province vehicle inspection, which can be obtained from a registry agent at about $9, has to be presented when the car is brought to an inspection agent.

3) Inspect your car.
4) Obtain the plate.
