the key here is "CAN RESULT" in seven years of imprisonment, if the court finds mayor guilty. this process alone can take months and years, costing tax payers millions of tax dollars. Assume found guilty, it cost tax payers $100,000 per year per criminal to keep them comfortable in prison.
