(MUGs) Program; you have been signed-up for the 2006-2007 school year. By

information that will make your transition to the University community 7 ]" Z& n" h! R6 Y( a

' c2 _- B4 n0 B# zBoth days run on a similar schedule, from 9:30am to 6pm, with evening
3 Z: m# f/ |! i9 a9 _* @# Dactivities planned for both days. Throughout the 2 days you will attend
7 I/ I9 o2 E( I: j3 }& c1 va variety of sessions crucial to your success at the U of A. On Tuesday
- `( c: b E$ I& Revening we host our highlight event, the President's Address, in
- w; L* v& ^$ u8 ?Hawrelak Park.

& ^0 p) r* L0 H4 |4 zYou will also meet your MUG Leader and the rest of your MUG group on 2 ]' c" p* A; m5 {3 J
September 4th, with whom you will spend the two days at Orientation 2006, : K* ^+ ^8 {: ~
and then continue to meet with for the entire year.

Both MUGs and Orientation 2006 will provide many opportunities for you
) @9 r+ I, C" B8 o" Sto get all of your questions answered and to meet other students from
1 Y1 t& w9 A' p$ dyour faculty. Among other things, you are scheduled to receive your
6 G9 A$ `7 ^- P8 ^9 ~: bONECard on one of the two days of Orientation 2006. To be able to process % O# A& v6 Y% B' k; `& w& z
your ONECard, you will need to bring your acceptance letter and a piece ( `. x$ y" Z2 f6 ]
of government-issued photo ID. You will also need to bring your Campus
. `% a ^2 g- pComputing ID (CCID), which was sent by e-mail from AICT (Academic
! u/ t( T$ _! p: yInformation and Communications Technologies). Dress for the weather and
8 g! \( B) c) r7 \* q- lbring either money or food for up to four meals (lunch and dinner for the ! C% E. a% F2 B% {, R& {
two days of Orientation).
