  i. A# ^* T# MTo provide front-line customer service of Personal Lines policies and taking responsibility for the retention and account development of existing clients, quoting and placing new business as required.

Primary Objective/Duties of position:

* E* {3 `9 ?. z: v' S2 \    Servicing on-going client needs, advising on insurance matters, conduct needs assessment, recommending solutions, answering inquiries, conduct care calls and process renewals
5 ^0 k5 y4 [9 S/ R: g    Selling new policies/writing new business to existing or new clients, retaining existing book of business
8 U" t+ ~' c" \    Quoting new business through outbound call initiatives, introductory letters and receiving walk-in clients
( d% H1 m3 O6 a6 [    Contacting Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policy
+ H" A0 h) F+ J. ?5 ^    Preparing documentation for insurers, completing applications for clients, issuing insurance certificates, processing changes and reviewing renewals
    Keeping current on underwriting rules and workflow processes
) F+ j; C' ^3 U) Q" }    Actively participate in training initiatives

$ I% }$ K' t; w/ D: v0 f" w; zThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

    High School and or Post Secondary Education
( [9 L0 m) j2 x* ]! Q5 s    Previous customer service experience
    Previous sales experience an asset
" r5 Y3 x4 k  W# P/ P/ ~. P    General Insurance License Level 1 or willing to obtain
    Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
6 r& b' S. ]% p. d3 r( a    Strong analytical and organizational skills
; E1 }: a7 r( b6 F* O+ P    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Excellent customer services skills and adept in conflict resolution
