Responsibilities include:

1 I; \( w& a# l' }) lWorking closely with marketing, sales and programmers to facilitate customer system integration.
$ C) j! _3 k! w% t" p% Y  SWorking in close contact with customers and establishing relationships, providing personalized support and problem solving.
- V9 [7 }# N- c1 B1 E8 u% j$ C# A% jTechnical support and troubleshooting of client software implementations and customer issues or problems.
; g. V& b: p& w2 O' eCreate and maintain tools and training documents to support client system start up as well as follow up trouble shooting.

-         Advanced computer and technical knowledge

! w, H4 I7 X& |2 g- e6 M-         Ability to solve complex problems in an efficient way

; M7 ]- ]5 [- p7 W/ }! Y-         Ability to communicate in an effective and constructive manner with customers or potential customers

  m0 b. T2 E- a, g-         Previous software support experience is an asset

$ K5 T4 u4 X, a0 C-         Post-secondary education is an asset

& ]) [0 h3 h$ e6 N+ `% P+ z( g; K-         Intermediate knowledge of database and web-based software is recommended

-         Some programming knowledge (.NET, C#, Javascript, etc.) is recommended
