Responsibilities include:

Working closely with marketing, sales and programmers to facilitate customer system integration.
( w7 ^; L' W% ~8 mWorking in close contact with customers and establishing relationships, providing personalized support and problem solving.
Technical support and troubleshooting of client software implementations and customer issues or problems.
2 U# P6 h1 Y+ J2 ^Create and maintain tools and training documents to support client system start up as well as follow up trouble shooting.

-         Advanced computer and technical knowledge

-         Ability to communicate in an effective and constructive manner with customers or potential customers

  t  \( [9 |: D0 X1 }, F- h-         Previous software support experience is an asset
) X* L; \, G& }4 j6 J
' R& l( g; _/ B' n( a' f-         Post-secondary education is an asset

& D& W+ c5 x1 `( i-         Intermediate knowledge of database and web-based software is recommended

( g) p9 k1 ?+ D- u-         Some programming knowledge (.NET, C#, Javascript, etc.) is recommended
