* K# v; }$ T# B• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales. 

$ s+ Z" Y k# y R6 z5 A2 H• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.

5 X, x4 s, v, T# p8 W0 C) |• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.

• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations.

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales." `1 U4 |& m2 [0 Z& t9 O

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours.

' o5 n) H5 e6 G, q6 ?& j, g% N• To build extensive product knowledge over various categories and be capable of driving sales in achieving sales & profit targets.( }) B% u, X+ V' w! m

Job Qualifications
0 J% o x$ s* N2 w, V8 T5 V: s5 m• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 
% W# s) Z9 c# D* l3 y7 ~1 B5 D
• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.

- I( H( p- {2 Y1 s. l• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.

7 K3 i; G F9 r' c1 w4 k. F• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.

0 |, \6 x" U f o U2 V t• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.

• Travel within the assigned region.

• Comfortable using automated selling technology in a daily setting – Salesforce.com
