* E' W$ D! z# d/ ]Key Responsibilities:

5 r; m6 c. c ^' B$ T• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales. 

5 U* u" J) e: W7 J. R, I• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.
0 \% z! p# K/ H$ h* Y/ c5 U
• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.

• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations.

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales.* [* O2 z9 U+ J3 Q B2 q

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours.

• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 

& ~8 L( t2 q4 k: H• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.

7 ]7 w. m! q( p• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.
) ?, M4 S6 m+ E! y8 W G" i, B9 p
• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
, Y, v9 K- [5 f0 B. D. H; q
• Travel within the assigned region.
