• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales. 

! [' N& d8 ~& l3 ^4 `/ \: Y: N• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.

, R: f) O2 g7 v! R1 U• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.
: d; E2 [2 K6 j9 g# K/ k& M
• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations.; R' [0 i, F3 V8 Y4 t

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales.

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours.

• To develop customer relationships with gold level customer base and industry organizations.

• To build extensive product knowledge over various categories and be capable of driving sales in achieving sales & profit targets.

Job Qualifications
" e0 l; u: F0 E! g0 m• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 

1 H$ v6 m5 S1 V# ^6 W& C5 E• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.
& s/ W& z( z N3 i6 D$ L$ d1 ^) {
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
. Z1 { d: d: ^. L+ n5 u
• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.

. U" R8 N2 `0 t" K• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.8 Z+ ~2 d0 v, j

• Travel within the assigned region.

/ }. N& v2 M {• Comfortable using automated selling technology in a daily setting – Salesforce.com
