• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales. 

& h, b' \8 ]! a& r3 l7 \• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.

" d- _( U! I8 i, o5 x! ?* R7 @7 o• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.3 x3 ~- h$ k; S2 e

• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations.8 n/ | `1 h8 {) ?% R7 X! _& ]

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales.- N8 r* b) d8 p0 v3 L: Z

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours.

• To develop customer relationships with gold level customer base and industry organizations.

Job Qualifications: S, m9 c, M9 ~4 `& V+ h# v
• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 

0 e) v4 K' H2 p! a& ?• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.

: x6 Y1 {* e6 e* D# B5 D• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.

x1 I4 T, z3 y. ~0 p* o/ c6 X• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.

• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.) W* C, b, g3 j+ D( {1 y

• Travel within the assigned region.

• Comfortable using automated selling technology in a daily setting – Salesforce.com
