你说的这个是符合那个link里第一条CEC移民要求的，第二条我也是今天才看到，按照上面写的理解就是： 你在加拿大接受超过12个月的教育，同时你的计分体系超过67分，就有资格申请PR。而如果这个要求成立的话，只要有一个HRDC认证的公司提供了符合要求的offer，我的分数应该可以从现在的61变成71，那么就立即可以申请PR，而不需走CEC积攒一年工作经验。 不知道这个理解对不对
