新移民医疗卡的问题

我以前是留学生 今年4月底才成移民的
( m. `8 e1 A' C* b* E成移民之后我知道要去换sin number
# }! h) j( M- }但是我不知道医疗卡怎么弄
我现在的医疗卡就是以前半的免费的那种
变成移民后以前那个免费办的还能用吗？
) V  c- X* ]: {9 U而且需要办什么新的吗？
不太明白
求指导
