Position Overview:
+ U7 U1 z8 Q9 i* jTo provide an accurate estimate of the full construction cost to perform the field or modular work as required with consideration of all risks and commercial obligations.

Responsibilities
$ \6 l q; i# [. }( ?/ g6 K•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages7 H, P5 o# n! D" D% t
•Review all aspects of the RFP documents: a/ E1 {8 v# g1 Q ]2 r
•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages: G' _0 V6 t7 }3 l. E( R5 e
•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work
7 b7 W0 d$ D- w* P4 ^" I•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing
. O3 P: E! Z# A, H# z& \•Research work locations for local subcontractors within the area and build relationships
% b( p( i8 f/ W# O* f•Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle; o( {. w# p% E% ^
•Support subcontractor bid evaluations and make recommendations to the Lead Estimator
