To provide an accurate estimate of the full construction cost to perform the field or modular work as required with consideration of all risks and commercial obligations.

Responsibilities/ u" y c, |6 r/ X) P
•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages
/ J7 |4 y& w' E# h8 i•Review all aspects of the RFP documents0 N1 @3 b7 B! k5 ~9 n5 f
•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages+ }# [" N# U" ? q
•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work
7 ~( K' Y) O% X. w•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing. @1 R( q$ v9 j" @ Q, B2 J
•Research work locations for local subcontractors within the area and build relationships5 V& k: i7 a0 t/ p
•Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle
; p% B; {: w: E; K5 v4 b9 t•Support subcontractor bid evaluations and make recommendations to the Lead Estimator% d) K: C: |. {" |/ N
•Liaise with Lead Estimator, Project Manager, and Project Controls to present key elements of the estimate which will influence the development of a bid schedule and project execution plan |
