•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages

•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing& {4 X' J1 b3 s* |0 P3 k
•Research work locations for local subcontractors within the area and build relationships
