4 M* A2 V) o A! vTo provide an accurate estimate of the full construction cost to perform the field or modular work as required with consideration of all risks and commercial obligations.

Responsibilities
' [! X+ q* j y4 X" M5 P3 n( ^•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages# n( {( ?- p; I5 U& c5 O5 K1 p; Y
•Review all aspects of the RFP documents
2 B- N; W. s9 i: @•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages

•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing0 k+ b h; q* w$ n& G9 {2 f
•Research work locations for local subcontractors within the area and build relationships, `( _$ I6 Y% x2 P* i
•Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle

•Liaise with Lead Estimator, Project Manager, and Project Controls to present key elements of the estimate which will influence the development of a bid schedule and project execution plan |
