    Performing pre-operational inspections and repairs necessary ；

$ j) k" ?% P7 u8 j/ V! s    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；

8 a: E) |* w3 c# l. q    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
7 }7 m4 {* m" \' b6 N    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

Senior Estimator
0 ~0 N8 _& s% o7 ?8 k7 I$ e7 T职位介绍：
( [9 M1 [/ ^0 i    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
  h/ c: f1 M+ K- H2 K- z    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
, z7 s/ ~5 ^8 n9 Z    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
0 T8 h: U* p+ m5 D1 Q- \6 A! X2 q    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
  P* _1 d6 j1 @# a  R3 O6 P( k- I    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
% s' s' g) G" U    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
    Weekly estimating progress reports；
5 k" A( `% D3 ^) r/ c3 S    Assemble final bid packages；
9 x: d# u% T3 X4 E/ H$ j8 H5 ]; M    Other ad hoc duties

职位要求：
    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
! |; n) o0 H% n4 F3 D7 r) N    Field and site experience an asset；
    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
- W) T* o$ ?. ?( r5 B    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
1 ^2 r( B6 w& P  O2 B& h+ e5 k    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
6 W* V) y+ C. u+ I& D! H    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications

     Salary range of $125,000-$150,000 annually with bonus potential+paid benefits packages
