Maintenance Mechanic

    Reporting to the Maintenance Manager；
    Monitoring and maintenance of all mechanical equipment and systems in the plant；

    Performing pre-operational inspections and repairs necessary ；
+ t- P5 ]+ C# o    Preventative maintenance and repairs of production equipment；
. \( f0 q: A3 ]/ Q    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；

职位要求：
    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

Senior Estimator

1 n& U* _# m3 [# r    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
6 D" F. ?. P8 X% Y" B: w) M- G, U! G    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
/ ?$ ?9 l6 w' E, ~+ J    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
! ~1 Z4 \3 U% Q8 l  U    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
/ v* N" g9 G( `3 L! t' f& A    Weekly estimating progress reports；
5 W8 V; l! L5 a. {8 ~    Assemble final bid packages；
    Other ad hoc duties

" L$ X. n! I" `* O    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
    Field and site experience an asset；
    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
% W3 g3 Q$ Y6 p$ ?" S. K    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
  @/ A9 K, y+ s  C7 L$ }) M    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
: r4 {, C3 \: D0 B8 i! e! L1 q9 i    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
' p" V: P$ i$ a5 B4 f3 O! _    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications

薪金概况：
     Salary range of $125,000-$150,000 annually with bonus potential+paid benefits packages
