    Reporting to the Maintenance Manager；
    Monitoring and maintenance of all mechanical equipment and systems in the plant；
    Adhere to and utilize HACCP regulations, safety policies and company policies and procedures ；

/ Y7 p- r' G: @' Q# Q* U    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
0 ^& I# R) T+ O7 h  {8 P6 ~* Z6 [. z+ P    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；

Senior Estimator
职位介绍：
    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
8 D1 ?1 V7 ^! T. h/ k) T) a    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
4 I$ }, `- G3 H7 w  W    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
    Weekly estimating progress reports；
9 v* [4 c+ ]( A0 Q2 X    Assemble final bid packages；
* c2 U  U' M  A2 `! y    Other ad hoc duties

    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
: o9 t0 t+ g7 l! s+ T    Field and site experience an asset；
    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
) T4 b, z1 E9 e: \8 v) P! A    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
/ I9 Y4 v7 `6 e6 ]; z" {: F    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
. Z* l! I# Y2 k7 o    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
& o7 ^" T  g( d, \! X6 ?    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications
