Maintenance Mechanic

    Reporting to the Maintenance Manager；
2 _4 z# o$ ^; `% D    Monitoring and maintenance of all mechanical equipment and systems in the plant；
    Adhere to and utilize HACCP regulations, safety policies and company policies and procedures ；
    Performing pre-operational inspections and repairs necessary ；
    Preventative maintenance and repairs of production equipment；
    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；
    Other ad hoc duties

    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

职位介绍：
    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
. @3 k- o, F% i* g0 a) F! i    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
. P) D; [6 H. F) ]2 _! F, P* b) V    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
! P0 W( C( e; }% u) M    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
! _' n' S$ o' q, Y, P$ W    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
' @$ ?  h# k/ x6 x  e1 Q+ h# x    Weekly estimating progress reports；
4 O6 s# m  |; E  M! `+ o) }9 q    Assemble final bid packages；

职位要求：
% S3 v+ p0 g8 F6 |6 }1 ]9 p    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
    Field and site experience an asset；
    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
- Z) d  E$ w9 ~# V    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
  [0 u2 `) M% k- F    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
7 v. \/ D( H8 F8 L/ K    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications

薪金概况：
     Salary range of $125,000-$150,000 annually with bonus potential+paid benefits packages
