Maintenance Mechanic

    Monitoring and maintenance of all mechanical equipment and systems in the plant；
    Adhere to and utilize HACCP regulations, safety policies and company policies and procedures ；
1 O3 B8 E7 l" w: u& ]. t    Performing pre-operational inspections and repairs necessary ；
: O9 z5 }3 _! O    Preventative maintenance and repairs of production equipment；
    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；
    Other ad hoc duties

    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
% e  k8 X' C+ L7 F; V    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

Senior Estimator
; r9 I% R" W# J1 O; ~/ q6 a7 E9 o1 d职位介绍：
    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
' I! O6 J4 s, ]9 ^1 w* i    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
8 d3 }, h; A9 J% n- B    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
8 |3 X; f) @9 {: B9 Y    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
% O0 s+ C8 R$ U; M! y# o- W0 O    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
( v" G6 [2 J! \: b1 ?    Weekly estimating progress reports；
    Assemble final bid packages；

6 {1 y- p  p, V职位要求：
    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
    Field and site experience an asset；
    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
! |" J5 l0 R) [6 T    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
6 g7 P8 Z; P9 M2 C# b% w    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
4 k0 i' d7 s6 y: B/ G7 r7 y7 V3 g6 a    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
8 z' f( l. J! ~7 i5 f    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications

薪金概况：
     Salary range of $125,000-$150,000 annually with bonus potential+paid benefits packages
