LMO 申请因NOC code and Skill level 不一样所需文件和申请表格不一样. 大体是:0 |+ s) F0 |2 t( a8 `
1.申请表 level A&B - HRSDC 5517, LevelC&D - HRSDC 5512! i" t* N+ ^9 k
2. Annex to appoint a representative 5520,
/ r7 p, Y% \7 m2 I3.Advertisements, e.g. Canada Job Band, and other proof of ad,
8 R9 K1 U0 q( U6 g# o" I- ?6 O4. Summary of applicants (Chart),) X/ t- a! p$ I. e
5. Business license. B; [' D- H- {: F* L# G
6.Employer support letter to the employee(applicant)- X; q* o- i& _9 g) g
7.employer tax documents9 V6 | f) Z+ {7 c$ o
8. Employment agreement,! o3 `. {$ m5 D+ ~( b

10. Education documents, eg, degree, diploma, certificate, trade certification,.., ]& N3 l/ S/ e; Y$ K
