看CHECKLIST (IMM5610)的要求. 篇幅这么短小惊汗,一共三句话:) 看上去还挺全. 语法和拼写有错的地方.然后就LETTERHEAD, SUPERVISOR'S PRINT NAME AND SIGNATURE.

! k$ b( Q3 u7 [: w这是我雇主写的，我对着checklist检查了一遍，该有的东西都有。就是短。不知道行不行。

内容上除了"BENEFIT"没有写明是什么福利,其他倒是都全了.最最重要的是它的LETTERHEAD, 签字人的头衔和联系方式.用正式的公司信签. 最好出信的日期晚一点, 你的都是半年多前的了. 留原件,交复印件. 想要更保险,连同雇佣合同/工资单一起递交.

我以前是自己写的，然后让雇主签字。雇主也省事，自己也可以按要求写。
