从美国网上购物怎么报关

从美国网上购物对方以UPS运货，但是要求自己报关税，有没有相关经验的朋友介绍一下程序。

我上次UPS送货上门的时候带着交关税费的单据，直接交钱给ups的人。

1. Pay the extra for air shipping.
2. Never, ever use UPS for international shipping.

为什么？是不是所有的Ｇround shipping 都会有问题？

不是有问题，是好贵啊。我的毯子只有44刀+shipping fee。等ups上门的时候，又付了10几刀打关税加上UPS又加收的运费25刀左右。

买的时候都付过运费了，ups又加收运费。

你已经付了运费，为什么还要付加收的费用？

over $20 you need to pay UPS custom broken fee plus duty. no matter air or ground, but some one may lucky, UPS will clear custom for you when UPS phone you and you agreed.

depend what kind , normal duty from 5%-10%, may higher,GST 5%, plus broker fee(they charge by kind, more kind, more money)

我在网上查的，很奇怪的tracking route，包裹都已经进入加拿大安大略省境内了，又给我寄回美国边境的一个地方，然后再寄回来，我猜这是为什么多收运费的原因。
