Job Responsibilities
, y5 ?# r8 S" v$ f8 i0 M. i! F• To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues.

• To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.

) X: h' P& E6 @+ @8 n% v7 `) f" Z# F8 H8 r• To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.

• Manage rates on a daily basis for short and long term.

• Handle PMS computer problems in each department

• Handle any issues dealing with high speed internet in guest rooms or business center

•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property8 I9 D+ c% r, V4 N: P) o* r! e
• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and businesses in a professional manner;: r8 p5 R0 K. z3 r
• Ability to lead and develop;6 T! ?$ G4 T8 X, i
