* x. h. o- j# Q( |• To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues.( E4 K4 a7 n, E3 Z
• Oversee hotel security requirements. $ g# F, O7 m% Z6 t; @
• To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.

• To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.% [6 A+ j$ O) B# ^ t8 t
• To communicate effectively with other Departments Heads to levels of business and type of business. }2 |) _2 D1 Z- x. B
• To ensure positive closure to any negative situation. Handling and resolving guest complaints and unwanted guests., C1 l% c# d# e6 @6 a( J
• Be able to work all shifts including night audit when business levels are warranted. I.e. working weekends, covering sick leave.

• Complete month end report, ROB, Cluster calendar, tracking, forecasting, source of business and any other revenue related report.

• Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies

• Maintaining front desk floats, and FOM float 2 D, U( u) S' |4 \3 X' g8 H0 y, y

•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property+ v% m3 O8 d& ~1 W

• Background in the development & execution of business and operating budgets;
