•        To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues." p& j' _8 U5 ~
•        Oversee hotel security requirements.
. M- b  z/ x4 U1 T•        To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.

•        To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.) T+ j2 Y: A% y
•        To communicate effectively with other Departments Heads to levels of business and type of business.
% Z' _' _& l$ y% [0 K& q6 c4 a; J•        To ensure positive closure to any negative situation. Handling and resolving guest complaints and unwanted guests.

•        Weekly scheduling of the front desk staff. ; `8 f( B! `; b! J$ Z' E7 G
•        Manage rates on a daily basis for short and long term. ( M3 d! V& u' `  e4 ~  r
•        Perform 3 month and one year evaluations and/or when needed.

•        Ensuring the safety and well being of our guests and co-workers by having working knowledge of crisis and emergency procedures and that all front desk staff are also aware.
/ {; _& T) K+ }+ `" C" R•        Attend Cluster meetings.
& Y; ]6 K( {# d, [•        Complete month end report, ROB, Cluster calendar, tracking, forecasting, source of business and any other revenue related report.
& z8 R, q8 m+ q5 y2 K% N+ w•        Handle PMS computer problems in each department
3 V- H9 r- g5 W" a( _: ]3 r•        Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies- n/ U9 _! Y2 O' d, T- T( ]! E
•        Handle any issues dealing with high speed internet in guest rooms or business center9 Y) E. M0 n: |
•        Maintaining front desk floats, and FOM float ! w  N! X, b" J6 x/ f
•        Any other tasks assigned by the General Manager

•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property

• Ability to lead and develop;
$ f1 i# B: T: C, V3 i1 w" h. j• Background in the development & execution of business and operating budgets;
% V% t- t, r+ j% N% `• Excellent oral & written communication skills; Strong organizational skills and be detailed orientated;* b, v& L/ K  F: G% I' P
