Job Responsibilities# C% A, p* N: d% b
• To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues.

• To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.+ {9 h, `+ N4 y& X2 E7 X+ Y. w; s
• To maintain or exceed the established standards of operation. ( h* f6 @4 `2 e5 U1 K2 s0 v% M
• To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.
' Q/ f: ^" y7 j7 f, _+ _9 Z• To communicate effectively with other Departments Heads to levels of business and type of business.

• Be able to work all shifts including night audit when business levels are warranted. I.e. working weekends, covering sick leave.

• Perform 3 month and one year evaluations and/or when needed.

• Ensuring the safety and well being of our guests and co-workers by having working knowledge of crisis and emergency procedures and that all front desk staff are also aware.

• Complete month end report, ROB, Cluster calendar, tracking, forecasting, source of business and any other revenue related report.

! A0 f1 @; V" P. [& U• Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies

• Maintaining front desk floats, and FOM float

•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property

• Ability to lead and develop;/ d% ]: G" e# @; H
