* d" F; _% C: ~% S* c' |•        To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues.
0 O7 g5 J) P7 q•        Oversee hotel security requirements. : E# G6 @* l7 V
•        To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.
' h( m9 S3 k8 V" ?1 `0 w•        To maintain or exceed the established standards of operation. 3 [0 F' ]+ Q* G
•        To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.
% x* k( ?+ P( @4 k  y•        To communicate effectively with other Departments Heads to levels of business and type of business.% O0 @1 k9 O/ G
•        To ensure positive closure to any negative situation. Handling and resolving guest complaints and unwanted guests.- n7 i$ h5 y; b2 v& O
•        Be able to work all shifts including night audit when business levels are warranted. I.e. working weekends, covering sick leave.7 g' C& B# u, Z, F; y1 a, T$ q9 x
•        Weekly scheduling of the front desk staff.
6 [. p1 {5 Q: T9 l•        Manage rates on a daily basis for short and long term.
, X0 n2 i/ d, z' K+ a* W! w6 ?4 k•        Perform 3 month and one year evaluations and/or when needed.
, L4 @: U6 C$ h1 Q- s•        Leading and coaching to provide exceptional guest service.
; z6 O* a7 y- A8 }•        Ensuring the safety and well being of our guests and co-workers by having working knowledge of crisis and emergency procedures and that all front desk staff are also aware.
- _( h+ i) A9 a! D, h. p) n8 o6 y•        Attend Cluster meetings.
6 x1 c: v' j; i2 `0 e, t0 T•        Complete month end report, ROB, Cluster calendar, tracking, forecasting, source of business and any other revenue related report.
0 K. K  ~  ~# e9 I) ^, \0 S& f•        Handle PMS computer problems in each department
3 v/ T" }4 v" o* X•        Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies
, s, i# L! g& B. q•        Handle any issues dealing with high speed internet in guest rooms or business center
) ?6 I8 Y: S  W8 Q* o# {•        Maintaining front desk floats, and FOM float 0 s% }& [' d% P5 a! d; ~7 I
•        Any other tasks assigned by the General Manager8 W* T5 n8 U+ [& w! K

Requirements:' X! e# v% s2 r3 g, ]0 U: ]
•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property, F. P4 ]5 d, h4 C  D
• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and businesses in a professional manner;
/ @. F. u6 |9 I. C2 H1 n• Ability to lead and develop;
+ v  G& T) W# j2 @. R• Background in the development & execution of business and operating budgets;
: `0 I  B  i5 s! b• Excellent oral & written communication skills; Strong organizational skills and be detailed orientated;
8 K0 O: a& K1 ?4 Q7 t: j- ]( G• Ability to work within deadlines;9 s4 Q( w1 ~' P: F
• High level of creativity and innovation;: e7 }- A% ]$ S  ^$ r; [7 i5 {, S
• Proven ability to manage multi-tasked assignments;
