• To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues.
8 `& d$ T. h$ Z• Oversee hotel security requirements.
6 N& j( @# {. g0 k( s' Q: E# H• To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.
) E! e! n. u* b• To maintain or exceed the established standards of operation.
2 d9 F* r- i/ ]9 A• To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.) x; k( U+ H0 ]
• To communicate effectively with other Departments Heads to levels of business and type of business.( ?% E% Z8 f/ V/ _1 S
• To ensure positive closure to any negative situation. Handling and resolving guest complaints and unwanted guests.9 j% @# a4 B1 o8 T
• Be able to work all shifts including night audit when business levels are warranted. I.e. working weekends, covering sick leave.

/ c* I+ g! Z7 W8 H( A" B# f• Manage rates on a daily basis for short and long term.
$ E+ E% n% U8 B( R$ v* j# J• Perform 3 month and one year evaluations and/or when needed. 7 S; ^% c- [& A8 x8 c* N" X
• Leading and coaching to provide exceptional guest service. ! e3 E) `+ J' C# J) o8 N" k! i
• Ensuring the safety and well being of our guests and co-workers by having working knowledge of crisis and emergency procedures and that all front desk staff are also aware.7 K8 X+ k" F& X$ m& T5 b
• Attend Cluster meetings.
" |% p5 x3 Z5 \0 d• Complete month end report, ROB, Cluster calendar, tracking, forecasting, source of business and any other revenue related report.

• Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies
3 d4 R m' a: y• Handle any issues dealing with high speed internet in guest rooms or business center

• Any other tasks assigned by the General Manager

•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property! W5 U. t+ s4 N) I
• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and businesses in a professional manner;8 S' J9 s' L% o6 q
• Ability to lead and develop;* V- [- A; a j4 Y; |4 c% J# X
• Background in the development & execution of business and operating budgets;( y3 I' o7 p) G4 u
• Excellent oral & written communication skills; Strong organizational skills and be detailed orientated;
