• Develop and execute annual Business Plan and Sales and Marketing plan to ensure top line revenues are achieved;: r' {& G' t% d- j
• Execute individual travel bookings, group bookings, small meetings and catering business;# `4 p5 f: v. i( D! T; r% t

• Investigate/follow-up on all Sales leads maintaining an effective trace system in order to convert potential business, lapsed business and maximize on repeat business.
