• Develop and execute annual Business Plan and Sales and Marketing plan to ensure top line revenues are achieved;% S9 G2 @4 V! w& q$ d
• Execute individual travel bookings, group bookings, small meetings and catering business;4 O% A; x) F& @. X
• Provide professional leadership to the sales team with a strong focus on achieving budgeted revenues;# k/ a: u0 b1 _- B& X$ \, b
• Investigate/follow-up on all Sales leads maintaining an effective trace system in order to convert potential business, lapsed business and maximize on repeat business.
( P' V# T/ Y# y! V5 Y3 L• As part of the hotel's sales team, assist in the creation, planning and organization of any in-house promotional efforts of the hotel;
