Hours of Work: This position works 44 hours per week.

Responsibilities include:

5 R* f" ]% l/ R& v ^% x: @Diagnose problems and perform all types of repairs to a wide variety of speciality vehicles

+ p' }% t7 O' S w9 R- MCreate and complete work orders, gather fleet information and input data into the computerized management system.
' C, S5 @; y7 p8 l& e" F1 aProvide specialized training and guidance to apprentice(s).
3 ~5 }; I0 |& |$ @) e0 {Access technical information using Snap-on Shop Key on-line automotive support program and communicate using e-mail.

( o3 w& |2 Z' R9 _' {( v) ]2 v' MApplicants must possess a valid Journeyman Automotive Mechanic certificate or equivalent recognized by Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training.
4 z* G H P+ \% Z3 r/ lApplicants also must have a valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (or provincial equivalent).
5 e3 p& s! w; K* IPreference will be given to those who have current experience diagnosing and repairing North American and/or foreign vehicles.
