Compensation:  Journeyman 1 Automotive Mechanic (or 4th year Apprentices)
Your Choice of Hourly or Flat Rate (Salary under review, Rates based on experience.)
Hours of Work:  This position works 44 hours per week.
/ ]0 V3 ]; m# L/ v. T0 L7 p2 K" nDays of work are Monday through Friday, Saturday rotation.
Group benefits package starts after 3 months.


5 |6 E' t" ?; V" u6 M. ^Full-time journeyman to maintain and repair an assortment of vehicles with emphasis placed on preventative maintenance.  

Responsibilities include:

. w8 G, Q2 w0 V/ YDiagnose problems and perform all types of repairs to a wide variety of speciality vehicles
Requisition parts and materials, as required.
% s! |; K, ~" {Create and complete work orders, gather fleet information and input data into the computerized management system.
& R( |5 e6 J& D/ MProvide specialized training and guidance to apprentice(s).
/ [% m9 {1 M2 tAccess technical information using Snap-on Shop Key on-line automotive support program and communicate using e-mail.
Other assigned duties.

Applicants must possess a valid Journeyman Automotive Mechanic certificate or equivalent recognized by Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training.
Applicants also must have a valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (or provincial equivalent).
Preference will be given to those who have current experience diagnosing and repairing North American and/or foreign vehicles.

Successful applicants must provide proof of qualifications
. `2 u' P1 G# g7 u4 u. `5 AOnly education obtained from an accredited institution will be recognized as meeting the minimum qualifications.
An enhanced security clearance will be conducted.
) v& \1 k7 {) l5 t$ a0 |1 G' QA Driving Abstract with no more than six demerit points (current within three months) must be provided if contacted for an interview.
