Hours of Work: This position works 44 hours per week.

Full-time journeyman to maintain and repair an assortment of vehicles with emphasis placed on preventative maintenance.

Diagnose problems and perform all types of repairs to a wide variety of speciality vehicles % X1 J, \% k% Z' p9 j" N- f
Requisition parts and materials, as required.
+ h& V. X6 S) \" ?Create and complete work orders, gather fleet information and input data into the computerized management system.2 ~ N A* Z) Q# M9 ^( u
Provide specialized training and guidance to apprentice(s).
0 a1 f/ I' ^9 s( v6 a3 vAccess technical information using Snap-on Shop Key on-line automotive support program and communicate using e-mail.

Applicants must possess a valid Journeyman Automotive Mechanic certificate or equivalent recognized by Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training.
! ?* Z3 u( M9 P1 r6 U/ C" jApplicants also must have a valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (or provincial equivalent).
6 c/ e( o0 G' ^/ _2 N5 A. F& pPreference will be given to those who have current experience diagnosing and repairing North American and/or foreign vehicles.
