  N1 R7 x; M! w: E; f4 v' C3 s8 TIdentifies the technologies that would be used for the project.
Recommends the development methodologies and frameworks for the project.
' L/ k7 O5 H3 D: kProduce 4+1 architectural view design documents
% o3 I  [& k6 F5 JProvides the overall design and structure to the application.
. J! ?1 u; k( g% ]Establishes design/coding guidelines and best practices.
' I$ Z& Q% H- T5 L$ X/ L3 n" ^Mentors developers on best practices, guidelines and complex tasks.
: P4 E. A+ h) _Enforces compliance with coding guidelines using code reviews etc.
Assists management in assessing technical competence of developers.

Guiding the team is doing proof of concepts and early risk assessments.

Minimum 8 years development experience with SQL Server

Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience
