关于续枫叶卡的secondary identity documents

我在给父母办续枫叶卡。申请资料里需出具2个secondary identity documents。

A copy of two of the following:
) R' ]% W" K4 i  _' B1. your Record of Landing (IMM 1000) or Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM 5292 or IMM 5688)
2. your valid provincial driver’s licence, provincial photo-identity card
5 O! D, x4 E5 x3. your University/College student card
+ B/ Q8 K9 B( D' i
, m. p) L# V8 U' y4 {5 p: T3 c# k9 c我父母有上述的第一项的资料，绝对没有第三项的资料。那只能找第二项的，他们没有provincial driver’s licence，省医疗卡没有照片。其它有什么卡符合这一项呢？因为他们是续枫叶卡，是不是可以拿现在快到期的枫叶卡作为secondary identity document？
