Purpose of this position: To expose students or recent graduates to the diverse client and volunteer population found in our local marginalized and disabled volunteers; to organize and manage the collection and generation of statistical reports in Database and Outcome Measures projects. In collaboration with the Volunteer Coordinator: to organize and manage the creation of a newsletter for a non-profit organization; to organize and manage events; and to provide support to the Volunteer Services Department projects.

1. Volunteer Evaluations: May, & June
5 }! X3 z) l9 s) QDistribute FCSS Outcome Measure Evaluation to a selection of on-site volunteers and/or clients over a one month period. In collaboration with Department Managers, develop a Program Logic Model with Outcome Measurements for 6 other departments." O3 z* G1 m# P3 d' u

Assist the Volunteer Coordinator in the creation of the Volunteer newsletter of six yearly issues for distribution at appropriate times throughout the upcoming year.

Education:
3 ~; {/ L. H7 W1 d$ ` Student or graduate of Volunteer Management, Event Planning, Social Work, Business Administration, Marketing Program, or other programs that have the needed skills.
